Priced around what you actually run

Questions
Pricing FAQs
- How much does ERPTotal cost?
- Pricing depends on the modules you need, the number of users and whether you deploy on our cloud or your own servers. After a short discovery call we issue a fixed written quotation covering licence, implementation and support.
- Is pricing per user or per company?
- Licensing is per named user, with the module set chosen at company level. Adding users later does not require re-implementation.
- Are there implementation charges?
- Yes. Implementation — configuration, data migration and training — is quoted once, based on the scope agreed before signing. There are no surprise charges mid-project.
- Do you offer a trial?
- We provide a guided demo on a system configured for your industry flow, followed by a sandbox where your team can enter real transactions before committing.
- What does ongoing support cost?
- An annual support and maintenance fee covers upgrades, bug fixes and helpdesk access. It is quoted as a percentage of licence value and is fixed for the term.
