If your business works differently, so does your ERP
Custom Business Flows
No two businesses run identically. Every ERPTotal deployment starts from an industry flow and is then shaped to how you actually work — custom fields, forms, approval chains, documents, pricing rules and reports.
What you can change
Configuration that reaches every part of the system
Customisation is not limited to renaming a few labels. Entities, logic, documents and permissions are all yours to shape.
Custom modules & forms
Add entities, fields and screens that match your terminology, not generic ERP labels.
Approval workflows
Multi-level, value-based and role-based approval chains with delegation and full audit trail.
Document templates
Design quotations, invoices, certificates and reports in your own layout and language.
Business rules
Validation, automatic calculations, pricing logic and stage transitions defined per company.
Role-based access
Control what each role can see, edit and approve, down to the field and branch level.
Integrations & API
REST API and webhooks to connect banking, e-commerce, payment gateways, tax portals and IoT devices.
How it happens
From your process to a working system
Customisation is a structured phase of implementation, not an open-ended project.
- 01
Process discovery
We map your current flow — the real one, including the exceptions — with your team.
- 02
Gap analysis
Identify what the standard flow already covers and what genuinely needs configuration.
- 03
Configuration
Build fields, forms, workflows, documents and reports on the standard platform.
- 04
User acceptance
Your team runs real transactions in a test company before anything goes live.
- 05
Go-live & support
Migrate data, train users, and stay supported through the first close.
Starting point
Every custom flow begins from a proven one
Rather than building from an empty database, we start with the industry flow closest to your operation and adapt from there. It is faster, cheaper and far less risky.
Questions
Customisation FAQs
- Is customisation done by your team or by us?
- Both are possible. Most clients have our consultants configure the system during implementation, then manage day-to-day changes — new fields, approval levels, report layouts — from the admin screens themselves.
- Will customisation break future upgrades?
- No. Customisations are configuration on top of the standard platform rather than forked code, so upgrades apply without rework.
- Can ERPTotal integrate with software we already use?
- Yes. A REST API and webhooks connect ERPTotal to banking portals, e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, tax filing systems, payroll providers and IoT or telematics devices.
- What if our industry is not one of the listed flows?
- We start from the closest flow — usually general business, projects or service — and map your process during discovery. Industries from education to healthcare to rental businesses run on ERPTotal this way.
